Reduced relative clauses

In each pair of sentences, write the same verb, once in the ''ing'' form and once as a past participle.
Eg: She took a course in psychotherapy, developing her skills as a counseller.
Psychoanalytical theory, develped by Freud, has been the subject of much controversy.

1a. Psychology magazines taken out of the library must be returned within one week.
1b. There were paparazzi everywhere, taking photographs and annoying the prisoners.

2a. The people giving the real decisiona are not the profilers.
2b. The decision to arrest, given by the senior detective and profiler, was correct.

3a. The road repaired last year is in a shocking condition.
3b. The workers repairing the road took a long time to complete it.
